Summary:

Junior-High student Asahina Tamae wants a baby and I mean REALLY wants a baby!!! The new uber-popular, cute and intelligent pet "The Baby" that is. She seems to be the only person in school not to have one, so when she rescues 3 of them from a river she's ecstatic, only to be devastated when her Mother says that the only way she'd be allowed to keep her pets is to get 100% on her next test, an easy task for her hyper-intelligent siblings but how can the decidedly average Tama-Chan achieve this, especially with the added distraction of Babies to look after?!!
